Ardor Excelsior Academy, where we have a passion for educating court reporters

Court reporting is a high-demand career with high-income earning potential.

Ardor Excelsior Academy’s vision is to be a leading provider of court reporting education and cultivate a passion for the field.

Program of Learning

In 12 to 18 months Ardor Excelsior Academy will teach all aspects of court reporting to ensure that once a student becomes certified they can go into freelance or official court reporting roles in their state of choice.

Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the program and will be prepared to test for certification through the National Verbatim Reporters Association (NVRA).

The program fee includes one written and practical test through NVRA.

Class Options

Ardor Excelsior Academy understands that there’s no hold button on life. We offer full and part-time “live” class options to allow for those who need that classroom interaction and work full-time, have families, or just need the flexibility to attend classes when it’s convenient for them. The program is 100% online.

We also offer a completely self-paced program where you can take classes when it’s convenient for you.

Community Support

We believe that education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the program to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning. We connect students with online groups of reporters and students and will work with them to find mentors.
